Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field).
* Previous experience in this position and has experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
Deep knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems, plumbing, fire life safety, and BMS (Building Management Systems).
* Experience in developing and implementing PM (Preventive Maintenance) programs for machinery and equipment.
* Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
* Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
* Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians and shift engineers
* Good in both Thai and English
* Knowledge of energy-saving technologies and sustainable engineering practices.

Main Responsibilities
* Overseeing the daily operations of the Engineering Department.
* Lead the technical team to execute maintenance plans and ensure all projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
* Manage and supervise the engineering team
* Implement and oversee the Preventive Maintenance program for all machinery, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety systems.
* Lead the team in performing urgent repairs and troubleshooting complex technical issues to minimize downtime
* Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity, gas) and suggest initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.
* Prepare daily/monthly technical reports, maintain equipment logs, and assist in staff scheduling and performance appraisals.
