*Highly disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented; comfortable in a structured environment with limited creative input.
*Essential: Significant professional experience working in Thailand or Southeast Asia, with excellent *knowledge of local ingredients and suppliers.
English proficiency required; Thai language skills highly desirable.
