Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above
* Proven track record in cost-reduction strategies and contract management
* Skilled in budgeting, price analysis, and financial reporting
* Proficiency in procurement system and advanced MS Excel.
* Good in English and Thai
* Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
* Strong integrity regarding vendor relationships and fair bidding processes
* Work ethic and Positive attitude

Main Responsibilities
* Identify and approve resort supplies based on price, quality and service.
* Implement credit terms with supplier & vendor.
* Develop strong working knowledge purchasing system program.
* Maintain all files and records by PR, PO & vendors.
Maintain all catalogues and descriptive material/literature on the resort equipment and supplies.
* Train and develop purchasing colleagues on ongoing basis.
* Maintain system between purchasing colleagues and main kitchen to ensure timelines and quantity at goods.
* Ensuring that orders are filed and supplies are delivered on time as requested by department.
* Work closely with department heads and auditor in the control of all purchases and also work closely with other hotel’s Purchasing Manager to get more information and deal with vendor or suppliers.
* Make all purchase of materials, merchandise and services to the maximum efficiency economy and accuracy for adequate control.
* To seek new products in the markets and ask salesmen or sales representatives to learn more of new products and prices.
* To negotiate price with dealers and do the comparison at least 3 suppliers.
