The Director of Sales, Clinique La Prairie Phuket is responsible for owning and delivering the commercial performance of the Phuket property across its full portfolio of longevity programs, medical offerings, stay packages, and ancillary services. This senior leadership role leads a multichannel sales strategy spanning both B2B and B2C, and manages a team of sales professionals deployed across key feeder markets worldwide, with a clear commercial perimeter focused on Phuket. The position reports directly to the property General Manager, with a dotted line to the corporate Regional Sales Director. The ideal candidate is primarily a hospitality professional, bringing a strong luxury hospitality background combined with the commercial sophistication required to sell high-value, science-led longevity experiences. The role works in close collaboration with HQ Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Operations, as well as with the property's General Manager and ownership, to drive occupancy, program uptake, and revenue across all market segments.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
• Own the commercial strategy and revenue targets for Clinique La Prairie Phuket, translating the group's commercial vision into a property-level action plan.
• Define and execute a multichannel sales strategy covering both B2B and B2C, ensuring a balanced and diversified demand base across leisure, longevity, medical, and corporate segments.
• Set the annual commercial plan, segment-level targets, and pricing positioning in alignment with HQ and the property General Manager.
Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, structure, and develop the property sales team, including sales professionals deployed across key international feeder markets.
• Set clear individual and segment-level targets, manage performance, and provide coaching to ensure the team delivers against the Phuket commercial perimeter.
• Coordinate the activity of globally distributed sellers to ensure consistent representation of the Phuket property across all markets.
B2B Sales & Partnership Development
• Develop and manage relationships with luxury travel agencies, advisors, tour operators, DMCs, corporate partners, family offices, and medical referral channels driving qualified demand to Phuket.
• Build and activate partnership initiatives, brand collaborations, and trade relationships aligned with CLP brand standards and the property's commercial objectives.
• Represent the property at relevant trade shows, roadshows, and industry events in priority feeder markets.
B2C Sales & Direct Demand
• Drive direct-to-consumer sales of longevity programs and stays, working closely with the reservations and advisory teams to convert high-value individual guests.
• Partner with HQ and property Marketing to translate brand and demand-generation activity into direct bookings and program uptake.
• Cultivate relationships with returning guests and high-net-worth individuals to build repeat and referral business.
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
• Drive revenue growth across the full Phuket portfolio, including longevity programs, medical services, stay packages, and ancillary offerings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand signals across feeder markets to optimize positioning and pricing for Phuket.
• Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial reporting to HQ, the General Manager, and ownership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the property General Manager, HQ Sales, Marketing, Medical, Operations, and the PMO to ensure commercial alignment and readiness across the guest journey.
• Support the pre-opening and ongoing commercial activation of the property, including roadshows, activation events, and KOL engagement.
• Ensure a seamless handover between sales, reservations, and operations to protect the guest experience and commercial integrity.

Qualifications
• 10+ years' experience in commercial or sales leadership roles, primarily within luxury hospitality; exposure to wellness, longevity, or medical tourism is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated hospitality background with a strong understanding of resort commercial dynamics, including programs, stays, and ancillary revenue.
• Proven track record leading multichannel sales strategies across both B2B and B2C segments.
• Experience managing distributed sales teams across international markets.
• Strong commercial network across luxury travel trade, UHNW, and partner ecosystems relevant to APAC and global feeder markets.
• Sharp commercial acumen, with strong forecasting, pricing, and pipeline-management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to Phuket feeder markets are an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with ownership, HQ, and on-property teams.

Education
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related fields; a Master's is a plus.
