- Male or Female
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards, safety procedures, and guest service
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, honest, and service-minded
- Proficient in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Supervise, coordinate, and oversee the work of housekeeping staff to ensure hotel standards are met
- Inspect cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
- Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on proper work procedures
- Monitor and control the use of housekeeping supplies and guest room amenities
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Report performance, issues found, and corrective actions to the Executive Housekeeper
