Qualifications:

Female
- Bachelor’s degree
- Have experience in the position 3 - 4 years
- Good Attitude
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR management systems.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies aligned with company goals.

- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Advise and support department heads on people management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.

- Handle communication and coordination with external agencies such as the Social Security Office, Department of Labor, etc.

- Drive positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.

- Prepare and present HR-related reports to management (e.g. turnover rate, manpower planning, training reports)
