- Manage and oversee all aspects of spa operations to ensure a fully integrated business, including service systems, activity planning, promotions, staff development and training, product improvement, and marketing strategy.
- Plan and implement advertising and public relations campaigns to enhance the spa’s visibility and attract new clientele.
- Study and evaluate the properties of spa products to ensure they align with the spa's concept and service style.
- Select and nominate employees for relevant training programs to enhance job skills and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain service standards to ensure consistent high-quality performance that meets customer satisfaction.
- Monitor income and expenses; prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports as required by management.
- Oversee cost control and stock inventory to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records at all times.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently using sound judgment, adaptability, and quick decision-making to avoid negative impacts on the company.
