ตำแหน่ง : Assistant HR Manager
- Assist HR Manager in overall Human Resources functions.
- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate training & development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and hotel policies.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and welfare activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records.
Qualifications:
Female & Male
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and positive attitude.
