ROLE PURPOSE
As the Stay Fit Fitness Manager, you'll lead from the front by setting the standard for coaching excellence, developing a high-performing coaching team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Alongside the Gym Manager, you'll also drive personal training, small-group training and member engagement to grow the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, develop and inspire the coaching team to deliver consistently exceptional coaching and five-star guest experiences. Ensure the team upholds the highest standards of training, professionalism and service.
• Drive personal training, small-group training and wellness revenue through exceptional service, guest engagement and commercial awareness.
• Conduct coaching sessions including one-to-one, small-group and group classes, leading by example.
• Develop the coaching team through observation, feedback, mentoring and shadowing, while onboarding new coaches to Stay Fit standards.
• Design and quality-assure evidence-based training programmes and an exceptional group fitness timetable, including strength, HYROX-style and other signature formats.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the resort to deliver a seamless, integrated wellness experience for every guest.
• Deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences through personalised coaching, assessments and progress tracking that demonstrates measurable results.
• Manage coach schedules and ensure appropriate staffing across all operating hours.
• Support the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and development of new coaches.
• Maintain exceptional standards of safety, cleanliness, equipment presentation and duty of care across the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Internationally recognized, current PT certification (NASM/ACE, REPS or equivalent and current CPR/First Aid.
• 4+ years' coaching experience in fitness and wellness, including mentoring or leading other coaches.
• Proven ability to deliver group fitness across formats and design science-based individual programs.
• Excellent spoken and written English essential.
• Preferred: degree in Exercise Science or related field; advanced S&C or specialist credentials (e.g. NSCA-CSCS, HYROX); and luxury resort or high-end studio experience.
