หน้าที่ | Key Responsibilities

• วางแผน ควบคุม และดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของแผนกแม่บ้าน
Plan, manage, and oversee daily housekeeping operations.

• ดูแลความสะอาดและความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ภายในและภายนอกตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
Ensure all indoor and outdoor areas meet the company’s cleanliness standards.

• บริหารทีมแม่บ้าน มอบหมายงาน และติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน
Supervise the housekeeping team, assign duties, and monitor performance.

• ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาด ผ้า และสต็อกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Monitor cleaning supplies, linens, and related inventory.

• ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• แก้ไขปัญหาและรักษามาตรฐานด้านความสะอาดและสุขอนามัย
Resolve issues and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

คุณสมบัติ | Qualifications

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Housekeeping ในธุรกิจโรงแรมหรือ Hospitality
Experience in housekeeping, preferably in hotels or the hospitality industry.

• มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงาน
Experience in team management and operational supervision.

• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานความสะอาดและสุขอนามัย
Knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• มีทักษะการวางแผน การจัดการ และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
Strong planning, management, and problem-solving skills.

• มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
Able to communicate in English.
