Responsibilities

* Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and overall business performance.
* Supervise and coordinate **F&B and Kitchen operations**, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
* Manage and support **F&B and Kitchen Zone Supervisors** to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.
* Monitor daily operations, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and service quality.
* Coordinate with F&B, Kitchen, Reception, and other departments to ensure smooth operation.
* Handle guest concerns and operational issues professionally and effectively.
* Ensure company policies, SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards are properly followed.
* Support staff scheduling, manpower planning, training, and performance management.
* Monitor operational costs, inventory, wastage, and productivity within assigned areas.
* Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and special activities.
* Prepare operational reports and provide feedback/recommendations to the General Manager.
* Take responsibility for daily operations in the absence of the General Manager.

Qualifications

* Experienced in **Hospitality, Restaurant, Wellness, or related industries** in a Manager or Supervisor role.
* Strong experience in **F&B operations and team management**.
* Able to lead and supervise multiple teams and departments.
* Good command of **English**, both spoken and written.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Good understanding of customer service and hospitality standards.
* Able to work under pressure and handle operational challenges effectively.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
* Proactive, responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* **Thai candidates preferred.**
