EON is a **premium day club and lifestyle complex** offering a complete range of leisure, wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Reception to lead our reception team and deliver a smooth, professional, and memorable experience for our guests and members.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the reception team and oversee daily operations
* Manage guest access, wristbands, member reception, and guest flow
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with access rules and procedures
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues calmly and professionally
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain high standards of guest service and reception operations

Qualifications

* Thai + English required
* Experience in reception leadership or a similar role
* Strong English communication skills
* Calm, professional, and service-minded
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good leadership and team management skills

Salary: 27,000–30,000 THB
*Based on experience*

Location: Bangjo, Thalang, Phuket
