Key Responsibilities

* Support the Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks
* Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure smooth operations
* Monitor staff performance and service standards
* Assist with staff scheduling and task assignments
* Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective workflow
* Monitor daily sales, expenses, and operational reports
* Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed
* Assist in training and developing team members
* Take responsibility for operations in the Manager’s absence

Qualifications*=

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
* Minimum **2–3 years of relevant management or supervisory experience**
* Good command of **English**, both written and spoken
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Good organizational and time-management skills
* Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
