Job Description

* Oversee and manage daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, supervise, and develop the bar team to maintain high service standards.
* Ensure excellent guest service and create memorable experiences for customers.
* Manage beverage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and cost control.
* Monitor sales, expenses, and bar profitability.
* Develop and maintain beverage menus, including cocktails and signature drinks.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth overall operations.
* Train and coach staff to improve product knowledge and service quality.
* Handle operational issues and resolve guest complaints professionally.

Qualifications

* Minimum **3 years of relevant experience** in a Bar Manager or similar supervisory role.
* Experience in a **luxury hotel, resort, restaurant, bar, or high-end hospitality venue** is preferred.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage operations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Good command of English
