An F&B (Food and Beverage) Waiter or Waitress greets guests, takes accurate food and drink orders, serves meals promptly, and ensures an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, present menus, explain daily specials, and offer informed recommendations.
• Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately, note special dietary requirements or allergies, and enter items into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Service Delivery: Coordinate with the kitchen and bar, deliver orders efficiently, and check on guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Billing & Payments: Present bills and process cash or card transactions accurately using the till or POS terminal.
