MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational:
• Assists in maximizing room sales and revenue.
• Takes reservation and confirm all reservations.
• Reviews the availability as per minimum required.
• Informs Reservation Manager immediately regarding any unusual events (e.g. overbooking,
failure of the system)
• Follows Rooms & Guest Services systems and procedures and company standards
and policies.
• Consults with Reservation Manager before making any critical decision at work.
• Updates guest history and records all business rejections.
• Prepares information and documents for reports.
• Has good knowledge of products in the hotel.
• Always performs with good telephone etiquette.
