YONA Beach Club and Hype Boat Club create some of Phuket's most memorable experiences, and behind every great guest experience is a reservation team that makes it happen.

Based at our Head Office at Royal Phuket Marina, we're looking for a Mandarin-speaking Reservation Agent to join our team and support reservations across both businesses.

China is one of our fastest growing markets, so we're looking for someone who can communicate naturally and confidently with our Chinese speaking guests, delivering the same level of service from the very first enquiry.

What you'll do

— Own the Chinese guest experience across social media and messaging platforms, responding to enquiries quickly, professionally and in fluent Mandarin.
— Manage reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking, making the process seamless for every guest.
— Respond to guest questions across phone, email, messaging platforms and other booking channels.
— Monitor availability, rates and capacity across all platform’s, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
— Work closely with the wider reservations and operations teams to ensure every booking is delivered smoothly.
— Handle guest information with complete accuracy, discretion and confidentiality.

What you'll bring
— Fluent Mandarin, both spoken and written, with very good English.
— Thai nationality with full working rights in Thailand.
— Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, travel or a call centre is preferred.
— Confidence using booking systems, computers and multiple communication platforms.
— Excellent organisation and multitasking skills, with the ability to stay calm when things get busy.
— A sharp eye for detail, because when it comes to reservations, getting it right the first-time matters.
— A naturally warm, patient and professional approach to guests.
— Someone who is responsive, reliable, discreet and genuinely enjoys creating a great customer experience.
