West Vision is a fast-growing, international hospitality group based in Phuket, home to YONA Beach Club, BOA Club Phuket and HYPE Boat Club. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our established HR team and strengthen compliance and employee relations across the group.

What you’ll do
• Own employee relations across the group: grievances, workplace concerns and conflict resolution, handled fairly, consistently and in confidence.

• Lead the performance cycle with department managers: appraisals, probation reviews, improvement plans, warnings and dismissals, all documented and followed up.

• Support with daily HR operations so contracts, personnel files, leave, probation, social security and insurance records stay accurate, confidential and audit-ready.

• Keep the business compliant with Thai labour law, policy and internal controls: own the compliance calendar, hit every statutory deadline and close gaps fast.

• Partner with the HR Director, Director of Talent and senior leaders: turn engagement, attendance and turnover data into commercial solutions, and escalate significant risks early.

What you’ll bring
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar.

• Expert knowledge of Thai labour law and a strong, proactive compliance mindset.

• Real experience handling ER matters end to end: investigations, warnings, grievances, appraisals and lawful dismissals.

• Strategic thinking and commercial awareness: you balance compliance with business needs and advise senior stakeholders with confidence.

• Fluent English and strong Thai, written and spoken, plus a discreet, highly organised approach.
