We're looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic & Video Editor and Design Intern to join our team and support both YONA Beach Club and HYPE Boat Club for a minimum of 6 months.

You'll spend the majority of your time designing visuals and editing video content for social media, campaigns, and on-site collateral, supporting our Senior Graphic Designers and editors. This is a craft-focused internship for someone who wants to build a real portfolio in graphic design and video editing within a fast-paced hospitality brand.

What you'll do

• Design social media graphics, Reels covers, story templates, and campaign visuals for both brands
• Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) photo and boat/beach footage, trimming, color, captions, music/pacing
• Edit photography from content shoots for social posting and marketing use
• Design supporting materials: menus, signage, flyers, email graphics, and other print/digital collateral
• Help maintain and evolve visual brand consistency across both YONA and HYPE
• Join on-site content shoots if required for additional support at the beach club and on boat charters to capture raw footage/photos
• Organise and archive design and video assets
• Occasionally help out the marketing manager if required
• Experiment with motion graphics, templates, and new formats to keep content fresh

What you'll bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film/Video Production, or a related field
• Fluency in English; Thai is a plus
• Working knowledge of design and video editing tools — e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut, or Canva
• A strong eye for visual composition, color, and brand consistency
• Comfortable shooting and editing on a phone or camera for social-first content
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn on the job
• Able to commute to Phuket for on-site shoots and studio work

Bonus points if you have any of the following...
• A portfolio or personal reel/social account showing design or video work (school projects welcome)
• Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or basic motion graphics
• Interest in photography or content creation for hospitality/lifestyle brands
• Interest in content creation and videography
