Responsibilities:

Prepare sushi, sashimi, and Japanese dishes with precision.
Train and guide junior chefs.
Requirements:

Expertise in sushi, fish cutting, and Japanese techniques.

Demi Chef – Japanese Cuisine
Responsibilities:
Assist in sushi and dish preparation.
Ensure consistency and food safety.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Japanese kitchen.
Passion for Japanese cuisine and strong knife skills.
Commis Chef – Japanese Cuisine
Responsibilities:
Support kitchen prep and maintain cleanliness.
Requirements:
Culinary background or experience preferred.
Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and texture.
Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain high kitchen standards.
Follow recipes and guidelines to preserve authenticity.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Demi Chef in a Japanese kitchen.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation.
Passion for Japanese cuisine and eagerness to learn.
Ability to handle fresh seafood with precision and care.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
