Position 1: Foreigner Marketing and Admission Officer
Location: Oak Meadow International Phuket

Do you speak fluent English and enjoy working in marketing and customer communication?

We’re looking for a dynamic team player to help us grow our international and English-speaking market!

Key Responsibilities
-Communicate and respond to English-speaking customers and international families (online and offline)
-Translate and adapt marketing materials, social media content, and promotions into English
-Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting international customers in Thailand and overseas
-Promote the school to foreign families and international communities
-Help manage English-language social media platforms and online presence
-Support admission enquiries, school visits, and follow-up with prospective families
-Build relationships with international communities, partners, and relevant organizations

Qualifications

✅ Fluent English (spoken and written)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Customer-oriented and service-minded
✅ Marketing, sales, admissions, or customer service experience is a plus
✅ Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
✅ Experience working with international customers is an advantage

Position 2: Thai Marketing and Admission Officer
Location: Oak Meadow International Phuket

Are you a Thai speaker who loves marketing, communication, and working with families?

We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team player to help us grow our presence in the Thai market!

Key Responsibilities
-Communicate and respond to Thai-speaking customers and parents (online and offline)
-Create, translate, and adapt marketing materials, social media content, and promotions in Thai
-Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting the Thai market
-Promote the school through Thai social media platforms and online communities
-Help manage Thai social media channels and online presence
-Support admission enquiries, school visits, and follow-up with prospective parents
-Build relationships with local communities, partners, schools, and organizations
-Assist with local events, activities, and promotional campaigns

Qualifications

✅ Fluent Thai (spoken and written)
✅ Basic English for internal communication
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Customer-oriented and service-minded
✅ Marketing, sales, admissions, or customer service experience is a plus
✅ Good knowledge of Thai social media platforms and digital marketing
✅ Creative, proactive, and able to work as part of an international team
✅ Knowledge of the Phuket local community is an advantage

Position 3: Middle East Marketing and Admission Officer
Location: Oak Meadow International Phuket

Do you have experience working with customers from the Middle East and a passion for marketing and communication?

We’re looking for a dynamic team player to help us grow our presence in the Middle Eastern market and connect with international families looking for educational opportunities in Thailand!

Key Responsibilities
-Communicate and respond to customers and families from the Middle East (online and offline)
-Translate and adapt marketing materials, social media content, and promotions for Middle Eastern audiences
-Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting customers from the Middle East
-Promote the school through relevant social media platforms and online communities
-Help manage Arabic/English social media content and online presence
-Support admission enquiries, school visits, and follow-up with prospective families
-Build relationships with Middle Eastern communities, agents, partners, and relevant organizations
-Assist with international events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
-Research market trends and identify opportunities to attract families from the Middle East

Qualifications

✅ Fluent Arabic and/or a relevant Middle Eastern language (spoken and written)
✅ Good English for internal communication
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Customer-oriented and culturally sensitive
✅ Marketing, sales, admissions, or customer service experience is a plus
✅ Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
✅ Understanding of Middle Eastern markets and customer behavior
✅ Experience working with international families or education services is an advantage
✅ Proactive, professional, and able to work as part of an international team

Position: Russian Marketing and Admission Officer
Location: Oak Meadow International Phuket

Do you speak fluent Russian and love working in marketing?
We’re looking for a dynamic team player to help us grow in the Russian-speaking market!

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate and respond to Russian-speaking customers (online and offline)

- Translate marketing materials, social media content, and promotions into Russian

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting the Russian market in Thailand, Russia, and other countries

- Help manage Russian social media platforms and online presence

Qualifications
✅ Fluent in Russian (spoken and written)
✅ Basic English or Thai for internal communication
✅ Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
✅ Marketing or sales experience is a plus
✅ Knowledge of social media platforms (VK, Telegram, etc.) is an advantage
✅ Native Russian is welcomed
