Responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist guests from check-in through the end of the trip, ensuring a memorable experience
2. Deliver excellent guest experience while creating a warm, fun, and engaging atmosphere throughout the journey
3. Assist guests during onboard activities and provide support whenever needed
4. Lead fun activities, games, and entertainment to increase guest engagement and enjoyment
5. Promote and upsell beverages and additional onboard services
6. Maintain service standards, onboard organization, and overall brand image
7. Coordinate closely with the Host, DJ, Bar, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Qualifications

1. Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and strong service mind
2. Good English communication skills (Mandarin is a strong advantage)
3. High energy, confidence, and strong interpersonal communication skills
4. Passion for hospitality, events, and entertainment
5. Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
6. Experience in yacht, tourism, or luxury service is a strong advantage
