Responsibilities

* Manage and elevate the onboard music experience in alignment with the brand atmosphere and guest expectations
* Create energy and entertainment to deliver a memorable guest experience
* Read the crowd effectively and adjust music style based on guest mood and trip timing
* Coordinate closely with the Host and Operations team to ensure smooth onboard activities
* Oversee sound systems, DJ equipment, and ensure all technical setups are ready before each event
* Curate playlists and design a musical journey that reflects the brand identity and customer experience
* Create seamless transitions from relaxing daytime vibes to sunset sessions and high-energy party moments

Qualifications

1. Thai & International Applicants Welcome
2. Proven experience as a DJ, live performer, or in the entertainment industry
3 Strong ability to read the crowd and adapt to audience energy
4. Skilled in House, Deep House, Afro House, and Commercial music genres
5. Strong personality with confidence and the ability to engage guests
6. Passion for music, entertainment, and creating memorable experiences
7. English communication skills are a strong advantage
