Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies across both online and offline channels aligned with brand objectives
2. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Platforms Ads, [Google Ads] and various OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms
3. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies to identify business opportunities
3. Lead branding initiatives and strengthen brand positioning in the market
4. Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure aligned execution across departments
5. Analyze marketing reports, performance metrics, and KPIs to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
6. Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and overall performance


Qualifications

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or related fields
2. Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and performance-driven campaigns
3. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams
4. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and numerical skills
5. Experience in Tourism or Hospitality Marketing is required
6. Experience in the marine tourism or yacht charter industry will be considered a strong advantage
