We are searching for a Permit Manager to lead the planning, application, and management of all permits and regulatory approvals for a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

The Role
● Identify all permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals required across design, construction, and operational phases
● Prepare and submit permit applications, coordinating required documentation with architects, engineers, and consultants
● Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to track application status and resolve queries
● Monitor permit timelines and proactively flag risks to the overall project schedule
● Maintain an organized record of all permits, approvals, and regulatory correspondence
● Advise the project team on regulatory requirements and compliance considerations throughout the project
● Report directly to the overall Project Lead
