We are searching for an Architect Lead to lead the architectural design team and ensure the design vision is delivered on a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

The Role
● Lead the architectural design team, setting design direction and ensuring consistency with the project's brand and quality standards
● Oversee architectural drawings and documentation from concept through construction documentation, reviewing for design intent and technical accuracy
● Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape leads to ensure a fully integrated architectural solution
● Manage relationships with external architectural consultants, reviewing deliverables and ensuring timely, quality submissions
● Lead design reviews with the Project Manager (Architect & Design) and support key design approvals
● Ensure architectural designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements
● Mentor and guide project architects and junior design staff
● Report to the Project Manager (Architect & Design)
