We are searching for a Structural Lead to lead the structural engineering design review, coordination, and site delivery of a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

The Role
● Lead the structural engineering team and oversee structural design review from concept through construction documentation
● Ensure structural designs comply with applicable codes, seismic/wind requirements, and international engineering standards
● Coordinate with architects, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure a fully integrated and buildable structural solution
● Manage relationships with external structural consultants, reviewing calculations, drawings, and deliverables
● Lead structural risk assessments and provide technical guidance on complex or unusual structural elements
● Oversee structural quality control on site, including foundation works, concrete, and steel structures
● Mentor and guide structural and civil engineers within the team
● Report to the Engineering Project Manager
