JOB SPECIFICATION:
-The Housekeeping Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the housekeeping department, ensuring smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication between team members and other departments.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Certificate or diploma in hospitality management is an advantage.
-Minimum 1 year of clerical or administrative experience, preferably in the hospitality or housekeeping field.
-Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is preferred.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
-Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
-Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
-High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
-Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
