เซอร์วิสเฉลี่ย 15,000 บาท
JOB SPECIFICATION:
• Organization and implementation of a smooth secretary process to relieve the General Manager.
• Completion of the personal correspondence, filing, mail receipt/distribution and all other secretarial works.
• Appointment coordination/travel planning for every expat staffs.
• Responsibility for proper conditions, maintenance and maintenance of office equipment and machinery
• Keeping minutes of Operation meeting, Head of Department meeting of team meetings and instructions from the General Manager.
• Assumption of representation tasks in area of Public Relations
• Contact with authorities and VIPs
• Performing a representative task and fulfilling the host function through visitors and guests
• Collaboration in other areas subject to availability and delegation by General Manager.
• Responding to guest needs, help support the guest relation’s part and coordinate with department once the action required.
• Inform to General Manager in the event of incidents that affect one's own work area
• Integration into the overall team through operation and collaboration with other departments
• Implementation of ROBIN LIFE host supervisions, for example: Integration into the evening show and evening programs
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous experience in international hotel, preferably 4/5 star property
• Prior experience working with Opera System
• Strong communication English skill
