หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• รับผิดชอบหลักในการดูแลและตอบกลับทุกคำถามเกี่ยวกับการจองวิลล่าในแต่ละวัน ช่วยให้ลูกค้าจองเเละคู่ค้าที่พักในวิลล่าได้ตามเกณฑ์และงบประมาณที่ต้องการ
• รับผิดชอบขั้นตอนก่อนการเข้าพัก โดยนำเสนอทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า รวมถึงกิจกรรมและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่แต่ละวิลล่ามีให้
• แนะนำแพ็กเกจหรือสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ ที่วิลล่ามี และสอบถามข้อมูลเชิงลึกจากลูกค้าเพื่อให้เข้าใจความต้องการอย่างแท้จริง
• ติดต่อและส่งอีเมลถึงฝ่ายบัญชีเเละฝ่ายดูเเลลูกค้าสัมพันธ์หลังจากลูกค้าตัดสินใจการจอง

คุณสมบัติและทักษะที่ต้องการ
• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด การสื่อสาร หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์และมองการณ์ไกล
• มีทักษะด้านการบริการลูกค้าและการสื่อสาร: สามารถสื่อสารได้อย่างชัดเจน เป็นมิตร และสามารถแก้ปัญหาเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า
• มีความอดทน: อาจต้องรับมือกับลูกค้าที่สับสนหรือไม่พอใจ การมีความอดทนจะช่วยให้สามารถรักษาความสุภาพได้แม้ในสถานการณ์ตึงเครียด
• มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา: สามารถแก้ปัญหาของลูกค้าได้ แม้จะไม่ได้เห็นปัญหาด้วยตนเอง
• มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว ทั้งพูด อ่าน และเขียน
