ขอบเขตงานและหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ (Job Description & Scope of Work)
1. การดูแลและสนับสนุนพาร์ทเนอร์ (Partner Relations Support)
• สื่อสารและดูแลพาร์ทเนอร์ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศอย่างมืออาชีพ
• อัพเดตข้อมูลวิลล่าและข่าวสารต่าง ๆ กับพาร์ทเนอร์อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
• จัดเตรียมข้อมูลสินค้าและให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับวิลล่าแต่ละหลัง เพื่อให้พาร์ทเนอร์สามารถเสนอขายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
2. การจัดทำและส่งข่าวสาร (Newsletter & Promotion Communication)
• วางแผนและจัดทำ Newsletter รายสัปดาห์เกี่ยวกับข่าวสารทั่วไป โปรโมชันใหม่ ๆ และวิลล่าที่พร้อมเปิดตัว
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมกราฟิกหรือใช้ Template สำหรับส่งอีเมลโดยตรงถึงพาร์ทเนอร์และลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
3. การเปิดตัวและจัดเตรียมข้อมูลวิลล่าใหม่ (New Villa Launch Preparation)
• สร้าง Factsheet, Seasonal Rate Chart และรวบรวมรูปภาพ/วิดีโอเพื่อใช้ในงานการตลาด
• อัปโหลดและจัดทำรายการวิลล่าบนแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ต่าง ๆ (เช่น Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Vrbo และเว็บไซต์บริษัท)
• ร่วมประสานงานกับทีม Sales และ Villa Management เพื่อให้การเปิดตัววิลล่าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
4. การจัดการเนื้อหาและเอกสารการตลาด (Marketing Content & Documentation)
• จัดเก็บและจัดระเบียบข้อมูลการตลาด เช่น โบรชัวร์, รูปภาพ, วิดีโอ, รีวิว, และเอกสารอื่น ๆ ไว้ในระบบคลังข้อมูลอย่างมีระบบ
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าเอกสารการตลาดทั้งหมดเป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุดและเข้าถึงง่าย
5. การจัดทำและอัปเดตราคา (Pricing Knowledge & Tools)
• จัดทำตารางราคาตามฤดูกาล (Seasonal Price Chart) และปรับเปลี่ยนตามนโยบายบริษัท
• ให้คำแนะนำด้านราคาเบื้องต้นกับพาร์ทเนอร์หรือทีม Sales เมื่อต้องทำโปรโมชันหรือแพ็กเกจพิเศษ

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (Qualifications & Skills)
• ปริญญาตรีด้านการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาด / การขายในธุรกิจบริการ หรือตลาดวิลล่า / โรงแรม
• มีความเข้าใจในการใช้แพลตฟอร์ม OTA เช่น Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda ฯลฯ
• มีทักษะในการจัดทำข่าวสาร (Newsletter tools) เช่น Mailchimp, Canva หรืออื่น ๆ
• มีความสามารถในการจัดการเอกสาร การจัดระเบียบไฟล์ และการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ
• รักการเรียนรู้และมีความกระตือรือร้นในอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวและที่พักระดับ Luxury
