Villa Listing Officer (Content & Systems)

We’re building a portfolio of villas that need to look sharp, accurate, and ready to sell 24/7. That’s where you come in.

What You’ll Be Doing
Turn raw villa info into polished, live listings (think from messy → premium)
Upload content, images, and details into our system like a pro
Keep everything clean, accurate, and easy to find
Work with the team to gather info and fix gaps (yes, you’ll be the problem solver).
Spot issues, fix them fast, and keep things running smooth
Help level up how we manage listings and workflows

You’ll Fit If You Are
Super comfortable with computers, tools, and learning new systems
Organized in a way that makes other people jealous
The type who notices small mistakes (and has to fix them)
Good at handling multiple tasks without losing your mind
Calm when things go wrong—and actually knows how to fix them

Bonus Points If You
Have experience with content, admin, or backend systems
Know your way around Canva, CMS, or any digital tools
