About the role
Guests come to STAY for a transformation — to feel fitter, healthier, and to leave with habits that last. That result is created by many hands across our clinic, fitness, spa, nutrition and hospitality teams, but it only feels seamless when one person holds the whole thread. That person is the Wellness Manager.
You are the guest's first point of contact and personal guide. You plan each guest's stay before they arrive, coordinate every team around their goals, work with Wellness Advisors, and make sure the experience feels effortless, personal and expertly delivered from start to finish. If you love creating memorable guest experiences and enjoy bringing people together to make things run smoothly, this role is for you.

What you'll do
• Be the guest's guide as the friendly first point of contact for guests joining our wellness retreats and packages, answering their questions and helping them choose what's right for them.
• Build each guest's personalized wellness schedule before they arrive — confirming and booking every activity so their time on-property is spent enjoying, not waiting.
• Work with our Wellness Advisors to deliver best-in-class experiences throughout the guest’s wellness journey.
• Coordinate the teams across our Clinic, Stay Fit, LeSpa, and F&B so every part of the guest's plan works together as one.
• Meet and welcome retreat guests, guide them through our facilities, and check in throughout their stay so they always feel looked after.
• Support guests with wellbeing and nutrition guidance, and help arrange consultations, seminars and activities that bring their journey to life.
• Keep accurate, confidential guest records, share a simple weekly and monthly update, and flag anything that needs attention early.

What we're looking for

• A warm, people-first personality — you make guests feel genuinely welcome and cared for.
• Strong organization and attention to detail — you enjoy keeping many moving parts on track.
• A natural coordinator who communicates clearly and brings different teams together.
• Calm and resourceful under pressure, with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
• A genuine interest in health, wellbeing and hospitality, and a curiosity to keep learning.
• Comfortable writing professional, friendly emails and working with everyday booking and office tools.
• Fluent, confident English; additional languages are a plus.
• Some experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, guest relations or a related people-facing field. A background or certification in wellness, nutrition, fitness or hospitality is welcome but not essential — attitude and care matter most.
