The Pool Host is the first point of contact for guests at the pool area. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting guests with seating, towels, and amenities, and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay. The Pool Host also supports food and beverage service, promotes resort offerings, and upholds the highest standards of guest satisfaction, safety, and cleanliness.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest service, hospitality, or F&B (preferred).
- Positive, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with strong guest service focus.
- Flexibility to work outdoors, including weekends and holidays.
