ตำแหน่ง : Chef de Cuisine
Sea Fire Salt, a high-end beach club and grill, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine with a strong background in grilling, seafood, and coastal cuisine. Open to Thai or expat candidates, based on budget and salary expectations.
Key Requirements:
• Culinary Expertise: Skilled in wood-fired and charcoal grilling, seafood-focused dishes, and seasonal, creative menus.
• Leadership: Strong team management, delegation, and operational efficiency, especially during high-volume service.
• Innovation: Ability to create signature dishes and adapt menus seasonally with global influences.
• Quality & Presentation: High standards in flavor, plating, and consistency.
• Business Skills: Experience in cost control, waste management, and profitable menu pricing.
• Collaboration: Works closely with front-of-house; comfortable engaging with guests.
• Adaptability: Handles dietary preferences and fluctuating service demands.
