The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the management and supervision of the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service flow, consistent product quality, and guest satisfaction. This role leads and motivates the service team, coordinates with kitchen and bar colleagues, and supports management in achieving financial, operational, and service excellence.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years’ supervisory experience in a restaurant or F&B operation.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
