Training days - 3rd and 4th September

The candidate will be the sole member of staff responsible for the day to day service within the Old Town bakery. Upon starting they will prepare the shop for opening and take delivery of fresh bread baked off-site. They will be responsible for taking orders using the POS system, preparing sandwiches, and keeping the shop tidy. This individual will be supported in this role by the shop manager.

The ideal candidate will be good at working under pressure, should be comfortable speaking both Thai and English, and should have good attention to detail as well as a good understanding of food hygiene and safety. It would also be beneficial for the candidate to have prior experience in customer service.

Training will be provided on all equipment and processes, as well as individual recipes
