Training days - 3rd and 4th September

The candidate will be responsible for the preparation of dough and baking of bread / pizzas to supply the Old Town shop. They will arrive at the bakery at 7am to begin the first batches of bread prior to the shop opening. This bread will then be collected, and the candidate will prepare the dough for the next day, and clean down all equipment and the working area. The second batch of bread / pizzas / sweet items will then be baked and due for collection at 10:00am. Following this, the candidate will prepare the remainder of the dough for the next day. The shift will be completed once all dough is prepared and the area / equipment have been cleaned down.

Candidates should be comfortable with working alone, meeting bakery deadlines, and should have a good understanding of food hygiene and safety. The candidate should also be comfortable using all bakery equipment, though training will be provided, and be able to communicate in English.
