หน้าที่ | Key Responsibilities
• จัดเตรียมและปรุงอาหารในส่วน Hot Kitchen ตามมาตรฐานของร้าน / Prepare and cook hot dishes according to kitchen standards.
• เตรียมวัตถุดิบและดูแลความพร้อมของสถานีทำอาหาร / Prepare ingredients and ensure the cooking station is ready.
• ควบคุมคุณภาพ รสชาติ และการจัดจานอาหาร / Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
• ดูแลความสะอาดและปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานสุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัย / Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene and safety standards.
• ประสานงานกับทีมครัวเพื่อให้การทำงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น / Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

คุณสมบัติ | Qualifications
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Hot Kitchen / Cooking / Restaurant จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ / Experience in hot kitchen, cooking, or restaurant operations will be an advantage.
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมและปรุงอาหาร / Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking.
• มีความรับผิดชอบ ขยัน และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ / Responsible, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ / Able to work under pressure.
• มีความรู้ด้านสุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัยในการประกอบอาหาร / Knowledge of food hygiene and safety is an advantage.
