- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Food & Beverage อย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างานจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการบริหารทีม การสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ ทำงานวันหยุด และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานการบริการ ความสะอาด และสุขอนามัยอาหาร
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และระบบ POS ได้ หากมีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
