Job Responsibilities

- Oversee operation & maintenance of all building systems (MEP, HVAC, fire, lifts)
- Implement preventive maintenance & resolve major issues/emergencies
- Manage facilities, asset condition & capital improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations & conduct inspections
- Supervise engineering team & manage contractors/vendors
- Control budget, monitor costs & support CAPEX planning

Qualifications

- 7–10 years’ engineering experience (min. 3 years in senior role)
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, fire safety & lifts
- Experience in hotel / residential / commercial buildings
- Familiar with Thai regulations & safety standards
- Good leadership, problem-solving & project management skills
- Valid driver’s license / relevant technical certifications
