Job Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations & reporting (monthly/yearly)
- Manage GL, AP/AR, cash flow & financial statements
- Prepare budgets, forecasts & monitor performance
- Ensure tax compliance (VAT, WHT, corporate tax)
- Handle CAM fees, sinking fund & owner billing
- Maintain internal controls & coordinate audits
Qualifications
- CPA required
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or higher
- 5–8 years’ experience (2–3 years in managerial role)
- Experience in real estate / hospitality preferred
- Strong knowledge of Thai accounting & tax laws
- Good Excel & accounting software skills
