KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and implement a monthly promotional plan for the social sports program in Thai.

2. Build relationships with local schools, PE teachers, sports clubs, residential communities, and local community representatives.

3. Arrange program presentations, meetings with parents, and organized visits to LUDUS.

4. Coordinate trial and selection days with coaches, including promotion, participant registration, family communication, and feedback collection.

5. Work with local media to prepare press materials and arrange publications and coverage in online media, newspapers, radio, and television.

6. Organize offline promotional activities, including flyers, banners, local events, and community activities.

7. Manage communication in Thai Facebook groups and coordinate Facebook and TikTok publications and advertising.

8. Prepare and review Thai-language content for flyers, advertisements, social media, and the project landing page.

9. Respond to parents' inquiries, explain program requirements and selection stages, and support families from initial application through the selection process.

10. Maintain a database of partners and applicants, tracking the source of each inquiry.

11. Provide weekly reports on meetings, publications, applications, trial attendance, and results by marketing channel.

12. Coordinate materials involving children and their personal data with the responsible LUDUS team and ensure the necessary parental or guardian permissions are obtained.

REQUIREMENTS
- Thai national with excellent Thai communication and writing skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in PR, marketing, community relations, media relations, or a related field.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Hybrid working arrangement by mutual agreement:

3 days from home and 2 days in the office.

Proposed base salary: THB 30,000 per month.

A higher salary may be considered depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
