Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
- Strong cooking skills and kitchen management experience
- Able to supervise and lead the kitchen team
- Able to maintain food quality and preparation standards
- Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards
- Strong leadership, responsible, and good problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and work shifts
- Experience in restaurant opening or pre-opening operations is an advantage
