Key Responsibilities

- Organize and oversee the daily operations of the cleaning team.
- Prepare work schedules and assign duties to team members.
- Monitor staff discipline, workload, performance, and overall cleaning quality.
- Train, guide, and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor the availability, proper storage, and efficient use of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, hygiene procedures, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with site representatives regarding cleaning operations and service requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and promptly resolve day-to-day issues to maintain smooth and effective operations.
