ตำแหน่ง : Waiter/Waitress
Key responsibilities include greeting guests, providing menu knowledge and recommendations, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining area that is compatible with the spa environment.
This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a unique setting where guest relaxation is a priority.
Responsibilities
Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, guiding them to their tables and ensuring their comfort.
Order Taking: Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverages, suggest specials, and accurately take orders, noting any special requests.
Service and Delivery: Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and with proper presentation. Check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction and respond to their needs throughout their meal.
Payment and Billing: Handle payments accurately and efficiently, processing cash and card transactions.
Table and Station Maintenance: Set up tables, keep the dining area clean and tidy, and clear tables after guests have finished.
Knowledge and Communication: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods. Communicate effectively with both guests and kitchen staff.
Adaptability: Be prepared to perform other duties as assigned, and work harmoniously within the spa environment to ensure guest relaxation.
Qualifications and skills
Excellent communication in ENGLISH and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Previous experience is a plus, but not always required.
