*Key Responsibilities
-Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
-Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards, -taxation, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
-Monitor financial performance and provide strategic analysis and recommendations to the CEO and Board.
-Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and procurement governance.
-Lead, develop, and manage the Finance team.
-Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
Support long-term financial sustainability and continuous process improvement.

*Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent preferred).
-Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
-Strong leadership, analytical, financial management, and communication skills.
-Excellent command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/accounting systems.
