*Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage the daily operations of the school kitchen.
-Plan and prepare healthy, balanced menus for students and staff.
-Ensure food quality, nutrition, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently maintained.
-Manage food purchasing, inventory, stock control, and kitchen budgets.
-Supervise, train, and support the kitchen team.
-Ensure compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
-Coordinate catering services for school events and special functions.
-Monitor kitchen performance and implement continuous improvements.

*Qualifications & Experience
-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
-Experience in schools, hotels, hospitals, or large-scale catering operations is preferred.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-Good understanding of food safety standards and child nutrition.
-Ability to communicate in English; Thai language skills are an advantage.
