ตำแหน่ง : Maintenance Supervisor

รายละเอียด

*Key Responsibilities
-Plan, supervise, and manage all maintenance operations across the school campus.
-Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
-Oversee electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, and building systems.
-Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
-Coordinate with contractors and external service providers.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
-Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and improvement plans.

*Qualifications
-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
-Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience.
-Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
-Strong knowledge of electrical, air-conditioning, and building systems.
-Good planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driving license required.
-Experience in international schools, hotels, resorts, or large commercial facilities will be highly advantageous.
