About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Listing Manager to oversee the creation and optimisation of property listings on major booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and others.
You will be at the heart of how our properties are presented to the world — ensuring that every listing reflects the quality, atmosphere, and story of each villa.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule professional photo shoots with photographers and property teams.
• Select, organise, and enhance photo sets to best showcase each property.
• Write and edit engaging, accurate, and appealing descriptions for online listings.
• Ensure listings follow brand standards and platform requirements.
• Update property information, amenities, and rates across booking channels.
• Work closely with the operations teams to keep all information up to date.
• Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements to increase visibility and bookings.
• Manage 1 staff
Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
• High degree of computer literacy: channel manager and PMS set-up.
• Strong writing and visual sense, with an eye for composition and storytelling.
• Organised, reliable, and able to handle multiple listings simultaneously.
• Experience with online travel agencies (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) preferred.
• Familiarity with photography coordination or hospitality marketing is a plus.

เรากำลังมองหาผู้จัดการฝ่ายรายการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด เพื่อดูแลการสร้างและปรับปรุงข้อมูลอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในแพลตฟอร์มจองที่พักหลัก เช่น Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda และแพลตฟอร์มอื่น ๆ
คุณจะเป็นหัวใจสำคัญในการนำเสนอภาพลักษณ์ของวิลล่าของเราให้แก่ผู้ชมทั่วโลก เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าทุกรายการสะท้อนถึงคุณภาพ บรรยากาศ และเรื่องราวของแต่ละวิลล่าอย่างดีที่สุด

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)
• ประสานงานและจัดตารางการถ่ายภาพกับช่างภาพและทีมงานในสถานที่
• คัดเลือก จัดเรียง และปรับแต่งภาพถ่ายเพื่อให้แสดงศักยภาพของอสังหาริมทรัพย์ได้ดีที่สุด
• เขียนและแก้ไขคำบรรยายออนไลน์ให้มีความน่าสนใจ ถูกต้อง และสะท้อนแบรนด์
• ตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่ารายการทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของแบรนด์และข้อกำหนดของแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม
• อัปเดตข้อมูลทรัพย์สิน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และราคาในช่องทางการจองต่าง ๆ
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้ข้อมูลทั้งหมดเป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ
• ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของรายการ (Listing Performance) และเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่มการมองเห็นและยอดการจอง
• ดูแลและบริหารพนักงาน 1 คน

คุณสมบัติ (Requirements)
• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดีเยี่ยมทั้งการเขียนและการพูด (หากมีทักษะภาษาอื่นเพิ่มเติมจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีความรู้ด้านการใช้งานระบบคอมพิวเตอร์สูง โดยเฉพาะระบบ Channel Manager และ PMS
• มีทักษะด้านการเขียนและมุมมองเชิงภาพ (Visual Sense) ที่ดี มีสายตาในการจัดองค์ประกอบและการเล่าเรื่อง
• มีความเป็นระเบียบ เชื่อถือได้ และสามารถจัดการรายการหลายรายการพร้อมกันได้
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับเว็บไซต์ตัวแทนท่องเที่ยวออนไลน์ (Airbnb, Booking.com ฯลฯ) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• หากมีความรู้ด้านการประสานงานถ่ายภาพหรือการตลาดในธุรกิจโรงแรมจะถือเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
